ABOUT NINE ELMS STUDIO
VERSATILE CENTRAL STUDIO
Nine Elms Studio is a photography and videography studio in central London. The studio is designed as a one-stop location for London creatives to shoot content and bring their projects to life in a vibrant, well-equipped setting.
This purpose-built studio is part of the Nine Elms development. Based near Battersea Power Station and the US Embassy, Nine Elms Studio is just a five-minute walk from Nine Elms Station. The building, studio, kitchenette, control/make-up room, and workspace are all new!
We offer everything you’d expect to see from a studio in one space so you can have a stress-free shoot. Bring your crew or use our talented in-house crew for your next eye-catching video or photo shoot!
CREATIVE WORKSPACE
We are proud to say that we are more than just a film and photography studio. Our co-working office space means Nine Elms Studio is also a place where you can network and work in a creative environment with other like-minded people. We want to support freelancers and young creative businesses by inviting them to join our membership scheme. The membership offers you fantastic opportunities to work in an open office and get discounts on studio hire, mentoring from Chocolate Films’ creative directors, exclusive events and more.
AN INCLUSIVE SPACE
At weekends and during certain school holidays, the studio is open to the youngest filmmakers, where they can come and exercise their creativity through creative experiences hosted by Chocolate Films. If you know someone who loves video and wants to know how it works behind the scenes, then this is the place for them.
Nine Elms Studio is helmed by professional creatives who want to enable the next generation of filmmakers, photographers and creative minds. To find out more about us and what we do, visit our FAQs page or get in touch with us directly.
10 YEARS IN THE MAKING
The Nine Elms Studio is the vision of production company Chocolate Films. It was imagined by the team at Chocolate Films as a great space for creating digital media and engaging with the community. It was first imagined in the earliest days of Nine Elms. We were given access to the space in Summer 2022, and it opened in early 2023. The studio is a cultural anchor tenant of the Nine Elms development.
